I've been seeing Rebecca for about two years now, and I genuinely cannot recommend her enough. What I appreciate most is that she takes a truly holistic approach to caring for her clients. She isn't just focused on addressing physical tension, she pa... ys attention to your overall well-being, whether that means supporting your body, helping you manage stress, or creating space for you to simply slow down and feel more grounded. At the beginning of every session, she takes the time to check in with me, ask how I'm feeling, and understand what my body needs that day. From there, she makes thoughtful recommendations about what would be most beneficial rather than treating every appointment exactly the same. I always feel like the session is personalized to what I actually need in that moment. She has also done Bars sessions with me, which have been incredibly helpful for reducing stress and leaving me feeling much calmer and more centered afterward.
